For this project, I collaborated closely with Francis Mercier on his Los Angeles show to create and deliver exclusive merchandise that captured his energy and style. From initial design concepts to final delivery, I managed every step of the process — including design development, mockups, material sourcing, print coordination, and on-site delivery.

The collection was produced under Live Life, blending bold visual storytelling with music culture. Seeing the shirts come to life backstage and throughout the crowd at the show was a full-circle moment — turning a creative idea into a tangible experience for fans.
