OCTA Wellness Champions Event
The OCTA Wellness Champions Event brought together employees from across the organization to promote health, wellness, and team connection in a positive and motivating environment. The event featured interactive wellness activities, health education resources, and engaging presentations that encouraged employees to prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being. OCTA’s Wellness Champions played a key role in fostering a supportive culture by inspiring participation, sharing healthy lifestyle tips, and building a sense of community throughout the workplace.
Veterans Day Appreciation Ceremony
The Orange County Transportation Authority held a ceremony honoring the service of employees who also served in the military, during OCTA’s Veterans Day Appreciation event. OCTA employs at least 70 veterans who served in the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. OCTA has been recognized by military organizations as a military-friendly employer for its efforts to actively recruit veterans. OCTA has received recognition from the Southern California Army Advisory Council as a military-friendly employer for its efforts in actively recruiting veterans featuring photographs that I captured during the event.
