2025 Families Together of Orange County Magazine

The 2025 Families Together of Orange County Magazine was created to highlight the organization’s impact, services, and community partnerships in a storytelling format. I led the layout and visual direction of the publication, combining patient stories, program highlights, healthcare resources, and leadership messages into a cohesive and engaging design. Distributed across clinics, outreach events, and mobile units, the magazine reached thousands of patients and community members, helping strengthen trust and awareness of FTOC’s mission to provide accessible healthcare for all.

The 2025 Mobile Unit Services Brochure was developed to promote Families Together of Orange County’s mobile healthcare services across underserved communities. I designed a clear and community-centered brochure that outlined available medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services, along with clinic locations and appointment information. Created in both English and Spanish, the brochure was widely distributed at community events, schools, churches, and directly to patients during mobile clinic visits—helping thousands of families learn about accessible care options. This piece played a key role in increasing awareness of free and low-cost healthcare services throughout Orange County.
